Ice cream fans packed the Sellersburg Chillers location to kickoff six weeks of events that will culminate with the World’s Largest Ice Cream Party. That event which benefits the WHAS Crusade for Children will take place at Waterfront Park’s Big Four Bridge in Louisville on Saturday, June 7, 2014. That’s the weekend of the 61st Annual WHAS Crusade for Children.
Spokesperson for Chillers John Darr says, “Chillers and the Crusade have been in the community for more than sixty years and we wanted to help the Crusade raise as much money as we could with the World’s Largest Ice Cream Party.”
